  “Dealing with water stains on the ceiling was a nightmare – honestly, it felt like a huge money pit and a lot of stress. But Pelican Roofing turned it into a really positive experience. Randy was fantastic, taking the time to thoroughly document the damage on the roof and even being there when the insurance adjuster came. They really handled everything, from coordinating the roof replacement to managing the interior repairs and all the paperwork. The crew was always on time, did a really professional job, and I appreciated being kept in the loop every step of the way.
