  Dana was fantastic – he really took the time to understand the frustrating problems we’ve been having with our Kenetico water softener for the last four years, and thankfully confirmed we weren’t causing the issues ourselves. However, despite Dana’s excellent service, it’s clear the problem lies with Aquarius Home Services. We’ve been reporting this same issue for years, and their technicians simply can’t seem to replicate it, consistently telling us everything is fine. We’ve invested over $8,000 in a new system that hasn’t worked properly since it was installed, and at this point, we’re seriously considering replacing it entirely or switching to a different company. report abuse

  Xavier did a really great job with my softener system. He was very polite and professional, and it was clear he was new to the role, which made him really attentive. He quickly diagnosed the issue – it just needed a good cleaning and backwash – and then patiently walked me through setting it up to regenerate the second tank on a schedule. I’d booked an appointment for May 9th, originally scheduled for April 15th, and received reminders about it multiple times. Then, on May 9th, the scheduler called to cancel, saying they were too busy. It’s incredibly disappointing after confirming the appointment weeks in advance and receiving confirmations. I also wanted to mention that it would have been appreciated to receive a two-hour window, or at most a four-hour window, even the day before. It seems like other service companies with maintenance contracts can offer this, and I’m not sure why yours can’t. I’ve always been pleased with Rory’s work in the past, but this scheduling issue needs to be addressed. ” report abuse
