I followed up a couple of times, even explaining a possible issue with my email address, but still didn’t receive the quote and no one seemed to care about getting it to me.     I’m incredibly disappointed with this experience. They installed my AC condenser and coil in April, but it took them three tries to get the thermostat connected – the technician struggled with the wiring, and we ended up having to buy two new thermostats ourselves. After a bit of research on YouTube, we were finally able to fix it. When I asked for an estimate of the cost, the technician said it was covered under warranty. However, in July, I received an invoice for $568, claiming the issue was due to the thermostat and demanding payment. That felt like completely misleading and dishonest billing. Honestly, I was initially okay with their subpar service, but this fabricated charge has completely changed my opinion. I strongly advise against using this company – they seem to be trying to create charges out of thin air. report abuse
