Pat was a breath of fresh air – from the very beginning, he was incredibly responsive and took the time to truly understand my problem and my worries. He even came out to my home to take a look himself and gave me a completely honest evaluation. The good news was there were some simple steps I could take myself, and Pat didn’t try to upsell me; instead, he patiently guided me through them. He even checked in with me via text and pictures as I was working, just to make sure I was doing things correctly. Now my humidity is perfectly controlled, and I’m so grateful for his honest advice and support – it didn’t matter that I wasn't a big-ticket customer, he provided excellent service.   “I was really impressed with Drift Waterproofing’s service! Pat responded incredibly quickly to my estimate request, and his crew – TJ and Devin – were out within a couple of days to diagnose the problem with my fireplace. They dug a really effective solution, filling the crack between the chimney and house with hydraulic cement. They did an outstanding job, even going above and beyond to carefully replant a large Azalea that was in the way. Honestly, you wouldn't even know they were there when they were finished – it’s seamless!
