    “I called Pella to get my storm door repaired after it was being pushed open too wide by an ambulance. It turned out the mechanism wasn’t working correctly and the weather stripping at the bottom of my entry door was damaged. The technician did manage to adjust the frame of the storm door so it would close, but it only works if the main entry door is open – otherwise, I have to manually push the storm door to get it to close properly. Interestingly, the new weather stripping seems to let in more air than the old one. Considering the cost of the repair, I’m honestly very disappointed with the outcome.” report abuse

    I’m incredibly disappointed with my experience purchasing Pella Architect Series windows for my new home – a nearly $25,000 investment that’s already falling apart after just ten years. The cladding was poorly manufactured, leading to significant rot and damage. Worse, Beltsville Pella has been completely unresponsive to my repeated attempts to get them to replace the defective units, and they’re demanding I pay over four times the original cost. It’s a truly terrible product and a shockingly poor customer service experience. I strongly advise everyone to avoid Pella through this dealer. report abuse
