“We’re absolutely thrilled with our new door – Stacey Weber from the Pella Beltsville office was fantastic to work with. She really helped us find the perfect front entry door, and we’re so happy with our choice of a single fiberglass door with two sidelights and a clad frame. It’s completely transformed the look of our house, both inside and out, and we feel much more secure now. We really love it!”

“Paul S. was fantastic! He provided truly excellent customer service and we really appreciated that he focused on our needs and wants, rather than trying to push us towards things we didn’t need.”

Richard and Jacob did a really solid job repairing the rollers on those large sliding glass doors – they were very efficient. However, the price for the job seemed a little high considering the size of the project.

Paul Spence from Pella Mid-Atlantic was fantastic to work with. He was consistently on time, incredibly friendly and professional, and never pressured me at any point. What really stood out was how customer-focused he was – he took the time to answer all my questions and even asked his own, ensuring I understood everything. You could tell he had a deep knowledge of both the products and the industry, and he brought along samples to illustrate his points. He was incredibly thorough in scoping out the project, and I felt completely confident that when the estimate came, it would be comprehensive and accurate. Honestly, he did a great job building trust, and as an engineer, I appreciate that level of detail. It was truly an excellent experience.

Richard was a fantastic colleague – genuinely kind, always willing to help out, and really took the time to listen to and understand my concerns. He was also incredibly patient and brought a really creative approach to things.

Richard was fantastic – he really took care of my window issue quickly and professionally. He was right on time, diagnosed the problem almost instantly, and was just a really friendly and helpful guy. I was extremely pleased with his service and Pella’s overall work.

“I’d been thinking about new windows for ages, and when it finally felt like the right time, I did my homework and got a few quotes. My wife was really worried about the drafts, and I was concerned about the rotting wood around the existing windows. Thankfully, Paul Spence from Pella Windows took the time to really understand our needs and helped us find the best solutions – he didn’t just stick with what we had, which was great. It was a bit of a process, but when he left, I felt completely confident that we’d made a smart choice and would have replacement windows for the rest of my life, at a price we were happy with.”

“Overall, I was really pleased with the installation of the new French doors and basement door. The installers were fantastic – incredibly knowledgeable and the whole process went incredibly smoothly and quickly. It was great to see how well they operated. This is now the third Pella door we’ve had installed, and we’ve been consistently happy with the quality and the company’s service.”

“I called Pella to get my storm door repaired after it was being pushed open too wide by an ambulance. It turned out the mechanism wasn’t working correctly and the weather stripping at the bottom of my entry door was damaged. The technician did manage to adjust the frame of the storm door so it would close, but it only works if the main entry door is open – otherwise, I have to manually push the storm door to get it to close properly. Interestingly, the new weather stripping seems to let in more air than the old one. Considering the cost of the repair, I’m honestly very disappointed with the outcome.”
-
I’m incredibly disappointed with my experience purchasing Pella Architect Series windows for my new home – a nearly $25,000 investment that’s already falling apart after just ten years. The cladding was poorly manufactured, leading to significant rot and damage. Worse, Beltsville Pella has been completely unresponsive to my repeated attempts to get them to replace the defective units, and they’re demanding I pay over four times the original cost. It’s a truly terrible product and a shockingly poor customer service experience. I strongly advise everyone to avoid Pella through this dealer.
