  “We recently contacted Quality Window & Door, the company that installed our windows seven years ago, to get some issues sorted out. One window was having trouble with the top sliding down and another had a loose screen. Chris was fantastic – he arrived exactly when he said he would and kept us updated throughout the process. He thoroughly checked all our windows, made the necessary adjustments, and was incredibly friendly and professional. It’s clear he’s very knowledgeable, and we wholeheartedly recommend Quality Window & Door for both new window installations and any maintenance or repairs.” report abuse

  “I can’t recommend this company. From start to finish, it was an incredibly frustrating experience. They were consistently late, the installation work was poor, and the prices were far too high. The current manager, Nick, seemed completely out of his depth and wasn’t able to offer any real assistance. Specifically, the main installer, who we’ll call ‘Mallet Man,’ seriously damaged four windows – including replacements for the ones he initially broke – causing a six-month delay. They even refused to install the replacement windows because moving a rug and couch was apparently too much trouble. It’s clear this company doesn’t value its customers or quality workmanship. Honestly, it was a complete disaster.” report abuse

  Overall, we had a fantastic experience with this team! From the start, Mike was incredibly helpful, taking the time to understand our needs and walk us through all the window and door options, even discussing financing. Dylan was also fantastic – he meticulously checked the measurements to make sure everything would fit perfectly. And once the windows arrived, Roberto, Juan, and Luis were absolutely professional and got the job done quickly and efficiently. We really appreciated their promptness and attention to detail.   “We were absolutely thrilled with the windows we chose – Cliff was fantastic throughout the whole process. He really took the time to understand our needs and showed us a huge range of options, from awnings to picture and slider doors, and he explained everything in detail. Beyond the quality of the windows themselves, we were really impressed with the customer support. They quickly and efficiently resolved a minor issue with a crack in one of the sliding doors and another door that was sticking, and even ensured the screens were functioning properly. Bonnie, Wayne, and John were all so friendly and helpful to work with. We’re confident these windows will look beautiful and provide excellent energy efficiency for years to come.” report abuse

  Overall, we were really pleased with Quality’s work on our 2020 home remodel, particularly with the wood windows and exterior doors – their weathershield products are excellent. We especially want to recognize Jared King, who was incredibly hardworking and diligent in finding ways to save us money and explore different options. Chris also provided fantastic customer service and was extremely helpful navigating the warranty process. Unfortunately, there was a slight hiccup with John Poulos, who initially didn’t follow through on a commitment, but we were able to resolve things amicably after some discussion. report abuse

  Overall, QWD did a fantastic job replacing our old doors. They removed the damaged ones and installed three new fiberglass doors with full glass – a really nice upgrade. While the initial investment was significant, the quality seems excellent and I’m confident these doors will last a very long time. I was particularly impressed with the professionalism and knowledge of the installation managers, and they handled a small issue with the ordering process seamlessly, without any extra charge – a huge thank you for their consideration. The three-man installation crew was incredibly efficient, polite, and made the whole process surprisingly smooth and enjoyable. It took about half a day, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend QWD for future projects. report abuse

  We are absolutely thrilled with our new windows and front door, courtesy of QWD! Our older, typical 90s-built house really needed an update, and QWD completely transformed it. The quality of their work – the windows and door look incredibly modern and sleek, and really boosted the curb appeal of our home. From the initial consultation in Beltsville to the final installation, Nick and his team were fantastic. They took the time to educate us on our options and provided honest, affordable recommendations. Despite the challenging installation of one particularly large window, they worked tirelessly to ensure everything was perfect.
