I’m incredibly disappointed with the service we received. We called last Monday when our air conditioning completely failed, providing all the necessary information to expedite a repair. Despite being scheduled for Tuesday, no one ever arrived – and we didn't get a single update. They finally showed up on Wednesday, only to tell us they didn’t have the part and had to order it, which they assured us would arrive the next day. Of course, it didn't. We didn't even receive a call until 6 pm on Thursday to let us know they still didn’t have it! When I raised my concerns with the technician, he simply said he wouldn't be coming. That was completely unacceptable. Honestly, I cannot recommend this company – please look for another service provider if you need heating or AC repair.
