I sent them an email through their website at 7 a.m. on Monday, and they called me back just an hour later to schedule an appointment for 11 a.m. That responsiveness was great. They quickly diagnosed the problem – our 16-year-old system wasn’t cooling – and efficiently recharged it. While the refrigerant for an older system is a bit pricier than some newer units, it was still reasonable, especially compared to what our neighbors have paid with other companies. Most importantly, the technician didn’t try to push a replacement unit on us, which I really appreciated.” report abuse

  Jeff was the technician assigned to my case, and unfortunately, his expertise in geothermal systems seemed questionable. The initial problem – very little airflow – wasn’t resolved after he said it would take a while, and the issue continued to worsen. Worse still, he left a significant water leak that hadn't been present before, and then denied responsibility. He’s failed to return my calls and hasn’t been reachable since, so I won’t be using his services again and I certainly won’t recommend him to anyone. report abuse
