“Overall, the customer service I received was really disappointing. I spoke with two different people, Eric and Bobby, and unfortunately, it left me with a very negative impression. Eric initially told me he’d have an estimate to me within two days, but when I followed up, there was no response. Then, Bobby contacted me a few days later and offered an estimate for Sunday, but when I explained my needs – specifically the importance of a site visit to ensure accuracy for my work – he completely shut down the conversation and declined to even look at the driveway. It was incredibly unprofessional, especially considering I’m a general contractor working with properties across multiple states. Honestly, the way he handled things felt like a missed opportunity, and I certainly wouldn't treat a potential client the way he did.”
