  “Overall, the customer service I received was really disappointing. I spoke with two different team members, Eric and Bobby, and unfortunately, I didn’t get the support I needed. Eric initially promised an estimate within two days, but I didn’t hear back when I followed up. Then, Bobby offered to provide an estimate by Sunday after I explained my requirements, including the need for a site visit to ensure accuracy. However, when I called the following Tuesday to check on the progress, he declined to conduct a site visit and essentially dismissed my project, stating it might not be worth his time. It was incredibly frustrating, especially considering my role as a general contractor working with properties across multiple states. Honestly, his approach felt quite dismissive, and I believe there was a lost opportunity to establish a long-term working relationship.” report abuse
