Hal really went above and beyond to get me the right track seal kit for my Cat 307 SSR. Because it’s a grey market machine, it wasn’t in any of the usual manuals, so he personally measured the seals and made sure they matched my equipment perfectly – they fit and worked fantastic! I’m incredibly disappointed with this power steering ram for my Case 580E backhoe. It failed completely within just a week, and then to make matters worse, the company charged me for replacement labor twice and refused to refund the original shipping costs – they actually charged me shipping again! It’s a complete rip-off and I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.
