  “I was really looking forward to working with this company, but unfortunately my experience with rentals and orders has been quite disappointing. I was given a specific price for a forklift rental, only to be charged an extra $400 per month once it was supplied. Adding to that, the first forklift we received leaked extensively throughout my warehouse, and we had to swap it out entirely. The new forklift order has been a major issue – it’s now been 12 months in the making, and we’re still looking at another 4-6 months before delivery. While I understand supply chain challenges, I felt there could have been more proactive solutions offered. Ultimately, I was able to secure the equipment I needed from Doosan, and I’ve been very happy with their service.” report abuse
