I was incredibly disappointed with my experience. I contacted Classic Iron Works two weeks ago and haven’t received a single return call, despite multiple attempts to reach them. It’s unacceptable that they wouldn’t take the time to respond to my inquiry. On the other hand, they were incredibly efficient in providing me with a quote within just two days – that’s the level of service I expect from a business. Sadly, Classic Iron Works didn’t meet that standard, and I wouldn’t recommend them.
