  I can’t recommend Fencing Unlimited. Our experience was incredibly frustrating and, frankly, a complete waste of time and money. From the start, the sales pitch from Alex seemed overly focused on getting good reviews than actually delivering a quality fence. We were promised a board-on-board fence with no gaps, but the first team just slapped it together haphazardly – leaving huge gaps, posts not properly set, and a twisted fence. We followed up multiple times, requesting the owner’s involvement, but he consistently avoided us. Subsequent teams offered minimal, temporary fixes, but never addressed the core problems or the overall poor quality of the work. They seemed more interested in rushing through the job and avoiding accountability than in doing a proper job. It became clear they were prioritizing appearances over actually fixing the issues. The materials seemed cheap, and they didn’t bother to correct their mistakes. If you're looking for a professional and reliable fence installation, steer clear of Fencing Unlimited. report abuse

  “Overall, our experience with this company was really disappointing. Initially, they were fantastic – incredibly responsive and helpful in getting us booked. However, once the work started, the communication completely dried up. We were promised the fence would be installed within two weeks, but it took over a month to arrive, and getting a response to our questions became a huge struggle. The installers themselves were pleasant, but unfortunately, they installed the wrong type of fence. Despite sending photos showing we’d requested pointed pickets, they’d already cut the fence and created a ‘dog ear’ effect. To make matters worse, the salesman actually admitted they’d intentionally shaped the pickets after installation – which just didn't make any sense. The finished product looks okay from a distance, but up close it’s noticeably uneven. Honestly, it feels like they were more focused on closing the sale than ensuring they delivered a quality, properly installed fence. I wouldn’t recommend them.” report abuse

  Overall, the fence looks decent, but I wasn’t entirely satisfied with the experience. The crew and sales team were very friendly and professional, which was a positive. However, there were some significant issues. They arrived on-site without a clear plan, and the crew essentially guessed at the placement of about a third of the fence. Unfortunately, this resulted in the removal of an existing oak sapling. They did rectify the mistake and offered compensation for a replacement sapling. A further concern was the construction itself – the 2x4 frame is built on the outside of the fence, meaning the posts are visible from my backyard, which wasn’t what I’d requested. I was told this was standard practice, but other fencing companies I spoke with confirmed it’s not typical. Finally, the cleanup was lacking; they left a considerable amount of scrap wood, nails scattered in my yard, and mud on my neighbor’s driveway. report abuse

  “I just wanted to share my really positive experience with Fencing Unlimited. Josh Cook was fantastic – incredibly professional and polite, and I couldn’t have asked for a better salesman. And the team who actually repaired my fence, Johnathan, Alfonso, and Logan, were absolutely outstanding. They worked tirelessly and efficiently, and were all incredibly professional. I’d definitely recommend Fencing Unlimited and will be sure to contact them again for any future fencing needs.   “I was really pleased with the initial fencing work Fencing Unlimited did – they did a fantastic job and were great at listening to our ideas and offering helpful suggestions. The team arrived on time and worked incredibly hard. However, I’ve been trying to get in touch with them for a couple of weeks to discuss some additional work, and I haven't received any response.
