  “I contacted them about a crack in my windshield, and unfortunately, the experience was really frustrating. The first woman I spoke with kept interrupting me, even though I just needed a simple quote. Then I was transferred to a man who tried to rush me and wouldn’t let me explain that I’d already filed a claim with my insurance. It felt like they weren’t actually listening to my needs, and I ultimately decided to go with a different company because I didn’t feel like a valued customer.” report abuse

  “We were really disappointed with the windshield replacement on our 2019 Tiffin Phaeton. They tried their best, but the installation just didn’t look professional at all, especially considering the RV had less than 5,000 miles. The Mobile Eye reattachment wasn’t seamless and the adhesive around the windshield was still tacky. They also mistakenly left the wiper blades resting on the body of the RV, which could have scratched the paint. We chose Mobile Eye because they were recommended by Progressive Insurance, and initially, we were considering going to Red Bay, but my husband wanted to give them a chance. The owner and I discussed the repair over the phone and arranged to have the windshield shipped out. However, things got complicated – some information he’d given us turned out to be incorrect, like when he said the property was accessible when it wasn’t, and he charged us for the Mobile Eye work that insurance later refused to cover. It’s frustrating because the owner suggested the 2019 Phaeton’s mobile eye system would self-calibrate, but then he told us it was a stress crack from a rock hitting the windshield, and honestly, we just didn’t feel confident in the job. We ended up paying for the repair out-of-pocket, and it was a really stressful experience overall.” report abuse
