  “I was so frustrated trying to get my sidelite front door fixed – I got quotes from several companies, and they all insisted the entire door needed to be replaced, with prices ranging from $3,000 to $9,000! It just didn’t make sense since the frames were still in good shape. Then I found Hoover Glass Services, and I’m so glad I did. Karen was fantastic; she patiently explained everything and, after seeing the pictures and videos I sent, confirmed they could just replace the glass. John, the technician, was also incredibly professional and polite. He came out twice – once to measure and answer my questions, and again to do the actual replacement. He was really meticulous, carefully removing the old glass, cleaning the frame, and installing the new glass perfectly. He even took the time to caulk the frame so it looked great! He was dealing with a knee issue that day, but he absolutely wouldn’t reschedule my appointment and make me wait longer. Honestly, I felt like they truly cared about their customers and really knew their stuff. I highly recommend Hoover Glass Services – they’re a genuinely skilled and reliable company.” report abuse

  “I was so pleased with the service I received when I needed glass for my newly remodeled bathroom. They responded incredibly quickly – they even came out to measure the same day I called on Monday morning! The glass arrived two weeks later and was professionally installed. Three months later, I needed a minor adjustment, and they were back out the very next morning to take care of it.   “Sharon’s service was fantastic! They were so responsive when we picked up our custom-cut shelves, quickly addressing our needs and even helping us load everything. The shelves were perfectly made, incredibly clean, and exactly as we’d requested over the phone. It was a truly seamless experience from start to finish, and they were the most affordable option in the entire area – Jefferson, Shelby, Chilton, and Autauga counties.
