  “Honestly, the whole experience was incredibly frustrating. It took nearly two years to get a warranty issue resolved, and the customer service in the warranty department was just terrible. It’s clear they use the lowest-cost contractors, and the quality of the work—like you can see in the pictures—is shockingly poor. Their idea of insulating an exterior wall is really quite something.” report abuse

  “This home had serious issues from the start – we experienced constant, widespread underground water leaks and multiple pipe bursts within the walls. Unfortunately, D R HORTON refused to take responsibility and address the problems. As a result, I was forced to file multiple claims with my homeowners insurance to cover the extensive water damage.” report abuse
