  “I’ve been so lucky to see firsthand how happy my family is with their Signature homes. My parents, my sister and her husband all built with them recently, and I got to visit them throughout the whole process – from the initial building to settling in. Their homes are absolutely stunning – spacious and beautifully designed. What’s really impressed me is how positive their experience was. They’ve consistently told me how smooth and enjoyable the building process was, thanks to the fantastic Signature staff. They especially loved being able to really personalize their homes during the design appointments. Now that they've been living in their Signature homes for a few years, they’re completely thrilled. They adore their homes and the wonderful community, and I can see why! The neighborhood feels so friendly and welcoming, and I especially love being able to use the great amenities like the pool, clubhouse, and walking trails whenever I visit.” report abuse

  My parents absolutely adore their Signature home at Smith Lake. Following a fantastic experience building with Signature in Birmingham, they decided to go with them again, and it’s been a wonderful decision for them.   Overall, we absolutely love our new home in Lake Wilborn from Signature Homes. From the moment we bought it in March 2021, the experience was fantastic – we felt the price was really fair given the quality and features. We’ve been living here for almost a year now, and while we’ve had a couple of minor warranty issues, Signature has handled everything quickly and professionally, even when it involved working with an outside contractor.   Signature Homes has consistently impressed me – I’ve been following their work for years, and their new designs and features, both inside and out, are just fantastic. I honestly haven’t seen a single home they’ve built that I didn’t absolutely love.   “I’ve spent a lot of time photographing model homes for Signature – Jackson Hills, McDaniel Farms, and McDaniel Estates – and I’ll admit, I’d always get a real feel for the spaces, almost as if I were considering living there myself. Recently, I was photographing the brand new Murphy A model when I stumbled upon it, and I was immediately blown away. The open floor plan and fantastic kitchen were particularly impressive, and those 90-degree doors were a brilliant touch. My wife and I were actually in the market for a new home at the time – we were looking at remodeling our 38-year-old house or trying to find something new in the Nashville area that didn’t break the bank. That’s how we ended up deciding to go for it with the Murphy A. We’ve been thrilled with our new home for over a year now – the build quality’s fantastic, and we’ve really appreciated the communication with Jason, Erica, and Madalyn. And let me tell you, Chelsea Molyneux, our warranty person, is absolutely amazing! She’s handled everything so quickly and efficiently.
