“I can’t recommend this builder highly enough. They were absolutely fantastic – they really helped me bring my dream home to life, and I know they did a truly excellent job. The whole team was incredibly professional, experienced, and friendly, from the sales office to the Designer Studio. We’ve been living here for a year now, and we haven’t had a single issue with the construction or the appliances, which is a huge relief. They’ve always been so responsive, reachable by email or phone whenever we needed anything or had a question.”

I’m incredibly disappointed with my experience buying a home from this builder. Honestly, I wouldn’t have given them anything less than a zero if I could. We’ve faced a consistent lack of communication and a real disregard for quality, and it’s made our new home experience incredibly stressful. We initially reported a problem with splotchy paint left by the brick masons, and while our agent and I were assured it would be addressed, the warranty team – specifically Selena – only seemed interested in the original mortar damage. Despite the verbal agreement and everyone involved knowing this would be handled, they refused to extend the work to include the paint. Now, three weeks later, we’re dealing with a completely new issue – a significant water leak caused by damaged plumbing. We’ve had to take time off work again, and the situation is still unresolved. My ceiling has been open for over a week with no clear timeline for repair. It’s frustrating to feel like our concerns aren’t being taken seriously, and frankly, it’s a terrible reflection on the company. I truly hope the owner is aware of these issues and is working to improve things.

“We absolutely loved our experience with Embassy Homes! From the moment we stepped into the model home and met with Christy, to working with Jeremy as our construction superintendent, we were consistently impressed and delighted. They were incredibly responsive to any questions or concerns we had, and we never felt like we were inconveniencing them – which, admittedly, we probably were sometimes! It was clear they were genuinely committed to delivering the quality home we were hoping for, and their quick responses were truly surprising and appreciated. I even sent a letter to the owner, and received a thoughtful response thanking me for my feedback – it really showed they care. I wholeheartedly recommend Embassy Homes to anyone looking for a beautiful home built by a company that values its customers and provides exceptional service. Thank you, Embassy, for helping us create our dream home!”

I'm incredibly frustrated with the experience we’ve had with Embassy Builders. We signed our contract back in November 2015 with a planned closing date of June 10, 2016, and as of today, September 28, 2016, we’re still not finished building. While we understand some delays were due to city permit issues, we feel they’ve completely dropped the ball on communication and moving the project forward. Crews were slow to be hired, deadlines were constantly shifted without considering our needs, and we’ve received very little updates. Our realtor has had to constantly chase them for information. We were led to believe that the construction would be intense, but we’ve rarely seen more than a couple of workers on site. This has been incredibly disruptive to our family, especially because we were counting on moving in before our children started school – a promise that simply wasn’t kept. Honestly, if I’d known how badly things would go, I wouldn't have chosen Embassy Builders.

I’m writing this review as a fellow industry professional deeply concerned about my experience – and the experiences of my clients – with Embassy Homes. This is the third time I’ve encountered significant issues, and frankly, it’s been consistently disappointing. It started when my clients approached me with a potential home purchase. They initially worked with Edward Willis at Ingram & Associates, who represented the Willow Oaks property. Despite assurances from Edward that the base price of $289,900 included a fully finished basement – confirmed via text message – my clients discovered they’d been significantly misquoted by $30,000. This led them to seek my help, and I followed up with Embassy Homes. I spoke with a representative named Nick, who essentially passed the issue along without offering a solution. Determined to resolve the situation, I arranged a meeting with Edward Willis himself. While Edward was clearly a successful salesperson (having sold homes from $150,000 to $3 million), he seemed disconnected from the concerns of my clients. Following the meeting, Edward suggested they make an offer on one of their existing models instead of building a custom home. My clients, understandably frustrated by the miscommunication and Edward’s dismissive attitude, drafted counter offers to try and negotiate a fair resolution. Ultimately, Embassy Homes received another offer and countered with a significantly higher price. Despite this, they informed my clients that they would proceed with the other offer. I believe this goes far beyond standard business practices and raises serious questions about ethics. My repeated negative experiences with Embassy Homes, particularly the arrogance displayed by some of their agents, are deeply concerning. I’m left with the impression that the company lacks a genuine commitment to customer service and cooperative relationships. As a fellow industry professional, I strongly urge Embassy Homes to address these issues and ensure they treat their agents and buyers with the respect they deserve.

“This was, without a doubt, the worst experience we’ve ever had with a construction company. From the constant disruptions during the building process to being unexpectedly locked out of our own home, and now dealing with three roof leaks just six months after moving in, it’s been a complete nightmare. We’ve been incredibly frustrated by the lack of communication – no one ever returns our calls, making it impossible to get any help or answers. Honestly, we strongly advise anyone considering this company to proceed with extreme caution.”
-
“Unfortunately, we’ve been incredibly disappointed with the builder’s lack of support. Despite building a nice house, they haven’t honored any of the warranty repairs we’ve needed. We’ve repeatedly contacted them about serious issues that require fixing, but haven’t received any response at all. We’re seriously considering legal action at this point.”
-
“Overall, the home buying process itself went smoothly. However, I was really disappointed with the lack of internet service available in the neighborhood – it’s incredibly frustrating. The infrastructure just wasn’t in place, and the delays getting service installed are a major concern. It’s shocking that this hasn’t been resolved by now.”
-
“I can personally vouch for Kyle, Kristie, and Karen at Embassy Homes. They’re a fantastic team – incredibly professional, really knowledgeable about the market, and always prompt in their responses. If you’re buying a new construction home or selling your current one, I wholeheartedly recommend them.”

“Embassy really exceeded our expectations. They built us a fantastic home, and the whole team was a pleasure to work with – truly a great experience for our family.”
