The team still provides the same excellent service and they’ve done a brilliant job expanding the store, adding a really useful lifestyle section. The home decor is beautiful and the overall aesthetic is fantastic. And the quality of the clothing, candles, and accessories is top-notch; I could easily spend ages browsing.   “I’ve been really impressed with this place! The staff is always so welcoming and incredibly helpful, guiding me through getting the right water samples and recommending the perfect chemicals – they’re the only place in Birmingham that carries Bacquacil, which is fantastic. It’s a really nice little shop too, with a good selection of pool supplies and even some beach-themed home decor. Definitely recommend them for anything pool-related!” report abuse

  “Just heard they’ve closed up shop – they’ve moved out of Pelham. It’s now a bizarre mix of a dress store and a pool supply store, which seems like a really strange concept. Honestly, I don't think it’s going to be a successful business.” report abuse

  “I’ve used these owners’ services before – they installed my pool and hot tub years ago. Unfortunately, things have gone really sideways recently. My pool has been covered for quite a while now, and I’m incredibly frustrated that they’ve completely stopped returning my calls. It’s baffling that they aren’t responding at all.” report abuse
