The travertine decking they installed initially looked great, but unfortunately, when they came back to install the liner, they scratched the entire deck by dragging equipment around.   “John and Chris and their crews did an absolutely fantastic job building our pool, retaining wall, and drainage system – it’s truly beautiful. After the recent storms and flooding, our pool was completely covered in mud, but they quickly responded, completely revamped the drainage system, and even re-seeded the area with sod.   “I wouldn’t recommend using this service. They completely ignored my text messages and calls regarding a leaking water feature and warranty questions. I needed simple instructions on how to stop the leak, but they just left me waiting with no help at all, especially considering the weather and the amount of water I was losing.   “I scheduled an appointment with them for an evaluation of my property for a large hardscaping project – around $30,000. I arranged a specific time for John Mancha to come and provide an estimate, and I even took a day off work.
