“I’m really disappointed with the progress on my pool project, which has now been ongoing for over a year. While the travertine decking initially looked great, the subsequent liner installation resulted in significant scratching of the decking – it looks like equipment was dragged across it. It’s a major concern.”
-
“We had a really positive initial meeting with Chris about installing our in-ground pool. Everyone was friendly and seemed genuinely excited to get started. Unfortunately, things quickly fell apart after that – we never received any kind of timeline or estimated schedule for the project.”
-
“We were so thrilled with our new patio from Mancha Hardscapes! Chris was fantastic – really easy to work with and he listened to everything we wanted. The finished pool area looks absolutely amazing, and we’re already so excited to finally enjoy it when the weather warms up.”
-
“Mancha’s team did an absolutely fantastic job building our new pool, spa, patio, and retaining wall. We’re so thrilled with the final result – it’s exactly what we envisioned! Just a heads-up, it’s a pretty involved project, so we’d definitely recommend getting your order in well in advance.”
-
“John and Chris and their crews did an absolutely fantastic job building our pool, retaining wall, and drainage system. They were out immediately after the tornadoes and the subsequent flooding, and really took care of the problem by completely overhauling the drainage – it’s made a huge difference!”
-
“John Mancha and his team were absolutely fantastic! My wife and I were really cautious when we started looking for a pool installer – we’d heard some terrible stories about contractors cutting corners and inflating prices. But John and his team were honest, professional, and got the job done perfectly.”
-
“John Mancha and his team did an absolutely fantastic job installing our pool two years ago. We’ve been thrilled with the quality of their work and their strong work ethic. We recently needed some service and they handled it quickly and efficiently – highly recommend them!”

John was really pleasant when he came to look at our yard, and he promised to send us a quote within two days. Unfortunately, I never heard back from him.

Honestly, I wouldn't recommend using this service. I contacted them with a really straightforward question about fixing a leak in my water feature, and they completely ignored my texts and calls. It was incredibly frustrating, especially with the freezing temperatures and the constant addition of 500 gallons of water a day. They just left me hanging, and I’d strongly suggest finding another company to handle any plumbing or warranty work.
-
“I scheduled an appointment with them for an evaluation of my property for a large hardscaping project – around $30,000. I arranged for John Mancha to come out and provide an estimate, and I even took a day off work to be there. However, he never showed up, and I didn’t receive any communication about a delay or cancellation.”
