  Capitol Roofing was fantastic – I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. My insurance agent highly recommended them, and I was completely lost when I needed a full roof replacement. Pat, the owner, took the time to personally walk me through the entire process, which was incredibly reassuring and really personable – even my dog Laylah loved him! Because of that, I didn't even bother looking at any other companies. The roof they installed is absolutely beautiful, and I’m so happy with the service. report abuse

  I was so pleased with Capitol Improvements – Roofing & Siding. I initially called them based on their fantastic reviews, and I’m so glad I did! Patrick Jewell, the owner, came to my house for the estimate and was just a genuinely nice guy – easy to talk to and really explained everything clearly, helping me find a price that fit my budget. Throughout the whole process, Patrick, Melinda, Flora, and Seth were incredibly professional, courteous, and responsive. They followed up closely, answered all my calls and texts promptly, and the installation crew worked incredibly hard, finishing the job – both the roof and gutters – in a single day. They really deserve a huge bonus for their dedication and hard work. It’s clear that Capitol Improvements values its employees, and that’s the kind of business that truly delivers an excellent experience. I wholeheartedly recommend them! report abuse

I feel so much more secure knowing my house is protected, and they really took the stress out of dealing with the roof repairs. Pat was incredibly reassuring and helped me make the right choices, always keeping my best interests in mind. Seth was also fantastic, consistently keeping me updated on everything.   “I was really pleased with Capital Improvements – they responded quickly when my gutters were damaged by the recent snow and ice storm. Not only did they fix the immediate problem, but they also pointed out a few other issues I hadn’t even realized were there.   Overall, this was a really frustrating experience. We hired this company for a new door, and the process took far longer than expected – nearly five months from signing the contract to finally having it installed. There were constant delays, and the owner seemed dismissive of our concerns, just brushing off the issues. The door arrived with no warning, and then was delayed again, and eventually had to be temporarily stored. When it was finally installed, it wasn't perfect; we had to have it moved and adjusted multiple times, and even then, new problems arose. The final touch-up work was also rushed and left us feeling like they hadn't properly checked their work. While the company did eventually take steps to correct the issues and honor a warranty, the entire experience was plagued by poor communication and a lack of attention to detail. It’s good that things are now resolved correctly, but I wouldn’t recommend this company based on what we went through. report abuse

  “I have to say, I’m so glad we went with Capitol Improvements. We started looking at roofing companies about a year ago, and honestly, it was a pretty overwhelming process until Mitch from Capitol Improvements came to our house with an estimate. He was just fantastic – so professional, knowledgeable, and he didn’t try to pressure us like some of the other companies we spoke with. His pricing was fair, and we checked out their online reviews, which were really positive too. We had to postpone the work, but the team kept us updated the whole time, which I really appreciated. This year, we were finally ready, and the whole process – from choosing the colors to getting the financing – was incredibly smooth. The delivery and installation were quick and efficient, and the finished product is absolutely beautiful! I especially love the new gutters. And I want to give a huge shout-out to Pat Jewell, the owner, who’s been incredibly helpful and supportive throughout everything.” report abuse
