  “Steve and his crew did an absolutely fantastic job with my new roof and attic insulation. The difference is incredible – it was August, and the upstairs was noticeably cooler, which made a huge difference to my sleep! I used to have to keep the thermostat at 70° to stay comfortable, but now it’s perfect. If you’re considering adding extra insulation, I highly recommend it – it’s worth every penny. Beyond the quality of the work, the team was really friendly, punctual, and cleaned up everything thoroughly. From start to finish, they were incredibly reliable – they always showed up on time and got straight to work with a real level of skill and professionalism. It was clear each worker knew exactly what they were doing, and the quality of their work was fantastic. What really stood out was their attention to detail; they even took care of some extra minor repairs like the flashing without asking for anything extra. And the cleanup was spotless!   Honestly, my experience with Snap Roofing Siding & Windows was incredibly disappointing. I found them through a Google search because they’re a local Bowie business, but from the start, it felt completely unprofessional. When I called, the guy, Steve, immediately seemed confused and questioned who I was and how he’d gotten my number – it was a really strange greeting. He then brushed me off, telling me to call back when he had a moment. I sent him all my information and pictures via text, but he never responded, not even to acknowledge receipt. I eventually deleted the entire text thread because it was clear they weren’t interested in my project. And then, after that, he asked me to call back the next day, only to tell me they were closed! Given all the positive reviews I’d read, I'm baffled as to how they could have completely ignored my request. I wouldn't recommend Snap to anyone; Steve needs to seriously improve his customer service. It’s a terrible business model – DO BETTER. report abuse

  Stephen, the owner, was absolutely fantastic. We had a concern about a possible leak, and he responded incredibly quickly – within just two hours from the moment I sent the initial email. He spent a really thorough hour walking us through our Levitt House, essentially giving us a complete overview of how everything works. Turns out there wasn’t a leak, but we gained a much better understanding of our home and have a solid plan for maintenance moving forward. We’ll definitely be using his services for any future projects, and I’d recommend this company to anyone with a Bowie home, especially those in a Levitt. report abuse
