  Overall, the experience was very positive – the team was fantastic and did a great job with the hot water heater installation. However, I was a little surprised and disappointed to receive a $200 bill for an anode to eliminate the smell in my water after the installation. It was concerning that I didn't have any smell before the new heater was installed, and I felt the additional charge wasn’t fully explained. report abuse

  Overall, we were really pleased with the water heater replacement and the service we received. Scheduling was a bit tricky due to the weather, but Derek and Kiefer did a fantastic job once we were able to get things arranged. They were efficient, knowledgeable, and really cleaned up after themselves – even taking care of our clogged sink drain! Amanda was also wonderful at keeping us updated and everyone was incredibly friendly, even with our energetic dog. We’d definitely recommend them. report abuse

  Honestly, I had a really frustrating experience with CK Mechanical. I called them two days before the 4th of July, and they promised to come out the next day within a specific timeframe. Unfortunately, they never showed up. I waited and waited, and it turned out their follow-up communication – an email and a phone call – was just a way of denying they’d even been there. It felt like a complete lie. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. This was my very first review ever, which really highlights how disappointed I was. report abuse

  “I was really disappointed with my experience with CK. I’m likely going to look for a different plumber after this. I called to have a new P-trap installed for my bathroom sink, and the plumber used a rubber hose with clamps to connect the pipes. The connection wasn’t secure, and he had to come back the same day to fix it. Unfortunately, while he was working on it, he spilled water from the pipe all over my bathroom floor and surrounding wood – a really messy situation. Now I still have a leak and will need to call them again for the third time. It’s been a frustrating and costly experience, especially considering the $302 I paid.” report abuse

  CK Mechanical in Casper was fantastic – I couldn’t be happier with their service. They quickly took care of a really urgent problem with my meter that the city had damaged, and got it fixed within a day. Kevin Maston and his team were incredibly efficient and clearly very skilled. Kevin really went above and beyond to make sure everything was done right, and it was clear how dedicated they all are.
