  I was extremely disappointed with my recent experience. The driver of the white van on CY Avenue around 2 PM on March 19th was completely unprofessional and drove recklessly. Honestly, if the service is this poor, I won’t be returning. report abuse

  I was really frustrated with the recent service I received for my water heater warranty repair. They billed me for “clean and light,” which is completely ridiculous – my water heater was practically brand new, less than two years old, and wasn’t dirty to begin with. They also charged me for relighting it, even though the faulty part was the actual cause of the problem. If I’d known they’d try to bill me for such a small fee, I would have just asked them to replace the part. Adding to the issue, it took three separate visits in just two days, and on the third visit, the technician just sat in his truck for 30 minutes before leaving without even turning on the water! It was incredibly inconvenient and I left feeling completely unimpressed with the service. report abuse
