  Tim was fantastic – he arrived within 15 minutes, was really friendly and easy to talk to, and clearly knew his stuff.   Living Water Plumbing was fantastic! We had a really quick and easy experience when our water heater sprung a leak, and they got a new tankless unit installed in our crawlspace the same day. They were incredibly prompt, courteous, and most importantly, really skilled. What really stood out was that they didn’t try to upsell us on anything – they took the time to understand our needs and budget, recommending a solution that was perfect for our home.   Tim did a fantastic job with the repair – he was really efficient and even handled my silly jokes with a smile! He went the extra mile by checking in the next day to make sure everything was still working perfectly. Honestly, I’ve had a tough time finding reliable service companies in Casper, but Living Water Plumbing has completely restored my confidence.   Tim was fantastic! When I had that plumbing emergency, he immediately messaged me and quickly called back. Despite having his own problems, he rushed over to my house, quickly identified the leak, and helped me get the water shut off while I waited for my husband. It turned out the p-trap was old and broken, and he really went above and beyond.   Tim from Living Waters Plumbing was a lifesaver! We’ve been battling a persistent leak in our kitchen sink since we moved in, and my husband had been patching it up repeatedly with no lasting solution.
