The new A/C unit is fantastic – it’s incredibly quiet and really efficient. We wholeheartedly recommend Chris & Lucas. And we also want to give a huge shout-out to Danelle who helped us with the purchase. She was just wonderful – so kind and patient, and she helped us find the perfect unit and the best possible deal.   “We were so pleased with our recent experience with Precision. From start to finish, they were fantastic. David in sales was incredibly helpful, patiently explaining our options and answering all of our questions. But the real stars were the installation team – AJ, Ivan, and Juan. They were incredibly professional, arrived on time, and took the time to walk us through everything. They did a truly outstanding job installing the new units and, importantly, cleaned up perfectly afterward. The whole process, from the pickup of our old equipment to the final installation, took about seven hours and was handled with such efficiency and care.   Overall, Mitch and Joel did a really thorough job and left everything looking great. However, we were a little disappointed that we weren’t informed beforehand about the changes they made to the service. David had initially told us something different would be done, and while they did speak to the manager who approved the alteration, it would have been appreciated to be told what was happening before the work was finished. Because of the change in approach, I’m a little uncertain about the long-term effectiveness of the service. report abuse

  Gerald was absolutely fantastic – truly a pleasure to work with. He was incredibly thorough and went above and beyond to explain everything, showing us detailed photos of the issues and the repairs. Honestly, it was the best customer service experience I’ve had in a long time. We’d previously dealt with another company who charged us $800 for a completely unnecessary repair, and Gerald quickly identified problems with the original installation that had been missed. I’m so impressed with his attention to detail and expertise, I’ll definitely be using this company for all my future needs – they’re now handling our rental property, and I couldn’t be happier!   Mike from the plumbing department was fantastic – he really went above and beyond. He arrived right on time, was incredibly professional, and took the time to thoroughly explain my problem.   Michael was a really fantastic service – he was so knowledgeable and incredibly helpful, especially with our tricky well water situation.
