  Brian did a fantastic job servicing our AC system – we’d really let it go too long! He quickly identified a coolant leak and some rust, and he took care of everything really efficiently. What impressed us most was how clear and communicative he was throughout the whole process, explaining exactly what he was doing and how it would improve the cooling. The difference was immediately noticeable – we could actually feel the cold air blowing much stronger! He was also incredibly patient and understanding when we had a slight issue with our payment, which was a really nice touch. Overall, a truly great experience with Brian and Bruce’s – we highly recommend them! report abuse

  “Brian did a fantastic job getting our AC back up and running! He initially diagnosed a refrigerant leak and expertly repaired it, and then, after the problem returned a few hours later, he quickly identified and replaced our faulty thermostat. He was so knowledgeable, incredibly responsive and polite – truly professional. Honestly, I didn’t have a great sense of what a fair price would be, but we were extremely happy with his service and how quickly he resolved the issue.” report abuse

  “I was so pleased with the service I received from Brian at Bruce’s Air Conditioning. He responded quickly to my AC issue over the weekend and was able to come out on Monday to diagnose and fix it. Brian is incredibly knowledgeable and a really easy person to talk to. He worked so hard, even spending hours in the attic in the heat, and maintained a fantastic attitude throughout.   I was really frustrated with my recent experience with Bruce’s. I originally gave them a five-star rating after they fixed my AC after a power outage, but things went sideways when my AC started blowing warm air after another brief outage. When I called, the technician arrived quickly and the AC was working fine. However, it turned out this was a widespread issue that many other customers were experiencing, and frankly, didn’t need a service call. I explained the situation clearly, but the technician tried to upsell me on a $380 surge protector and gave me a pretty uncomfortable sales pitch. I’m so glad I didn't fall for that. Despite the initial good service, this last experience left me really disappointed and honestly, pretty angry. I’m still loyal to Bruce’s because of the initial repair, but this recent interaction has definitely shaken my confidence. report abuse

He was so friendly and took the time to really explain everything he was doing, which I really appreciated. What stood out was how knowledgeable he was – he patiently answered all my questions and made sure I understood exactly what was wrong and how he was going to fix it. He even gave me some helpful tips on how to maintain the unit and improve its performance.
