Honestly, we rarely leave online reviews, but Superior (formerly Croffoot) deserves a huge shout-out. We’ve been using them for regular inspections and maintenance for the past two years ever since our old company couldn’t figure out a problem with our Lennox system. They immediately diagnosed multiple issues, including problems with the original installation, and we’ve been completely satisfied ever since. Recently, we needed a new system – a Bosch – and the whole experience was fantastic. Colby and Todd were fantastic, presenting us with clear options, and Alan and Dominic did an absolutely amazing job installing it, even going the extra mile to add a second intake vent and ductwork to finally solve a long-standing air flow issue we’d had for years. It’s great to see a company that really does things right – the customer service is top-notch, and there’s no nonsense.
