  “Overall, this was a really frustrating experience. The biggest issue was the sales rep – he seemed completely uninterested in understanding our specific needs. He used high-pressure tactics, wouldn't listen to what we wanted (we specifically asked for a repair, not a full house renovation!), and talked constantly, making it nearly impossible to get through to him. He wasted a huge amount of our time with lengthy inspections and a drawn-out presentation, including a 3D model, that felt completely unnecessary. Honestly, he was disrespectful of our time and ultimately, felt like a complete waste of our efforts.” report abuse
