  I was really concerned by the behavior I witnessed while following this driver. I observed erratic driving – constant swerving, fluctuating speeds, and even crossing into another lane – and it was incredibly unsettling, especially with my children in the car. To make matters worse, it turned out he was using his phone the entire time. It was completely unacceptable and reckless. Honestly, it’s just not difficult to pull over and address a call or text. The potential for a serious accident was very real, and I was frankly shocked by his disregard for the safety of others. report abuse

  I’m so sorry to say this, but my experience with Kip Garland and Garland Construction was incredibly disappointing and, frankly, a terrible ordeal. From the start, communication was a huge problem – they were rarely responsive to calls or emails, which made it nearly impossible to get updates on the project. They were also consistently late for appointments without any warning, causing significant delays. Once the work actually began, the quality was shockingly poor. We had issues with uneven tiles, faulty fixtures, and really sloppy paintwork. And to make matters worse, the site was left in a consistently messy and hazardous state every single day. When we finally received the final bill, it was far higher than the initial estimate, with a lot of unexpected and unjustified fees added on. Kip Garland is simply unprofessional and dishonest – I would strongly advise anyone to avoid Garland Construction to protect themselves from being scammed. report abuse

The judge ultimately sided with me, confirming that I only owed the amount I’d originally offered.
