Overall, I’m giving this project a 4+ rating – I couldn’t be happier with the results! Jacki was fantastic to work with; she was so helpful, knowledgeable, and patient, which was really appreciated. It’s honestly a little tricky for women to navigate these kinds of decisions, and she made the process so much smoother. Communication was key, especially since we were building in Cheyenne while living out of state, and Jacki was incredibly responsive to emails. Mike was also very helpful when I spoke with him. My only slight concern was with the mural. I had envisioned it installed with a white tile border framing it, but it ended up meeting flush with the countertop. I realize I probably didn't fully articulate that desire, and a quick phone call or pictures from the installer would have been great to clarify my vision – perhaps a small space could have been left unused or the mural could have been installed horizontally. However, the installers were truly professional and kind, and the finished product – the super-soft carpet, the beautiful LVT flooring, and the seamless tile work – is absolutely stunning. I’m so excited to finally move in!

“I’ve hired Cheyenne Tile and Stone for several projects – both at home and in commercial spaces – and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Mike and his team are incredibly skilled and professional; you can really tell they’re experts in their field. Mike always stands behind his work, and I’ve been completely satisfied with every job they’ve done.”

“I’ve been incredibly pleased with the work Cheyenne Tile has done for us. They’re consistently reliable – always on time and incredibly polite and helpful. The quality of the tile, floors, granite, and marble they’ve installed has been 100% to my satisfaction. A big thanks to Mike and his crew!”

“Honestly, we had a really frustrating experience with this company. We chose them initially because Mike seemed friendly and knowledgeable, and he gave us a quick quote for an undermount sink. However, that quote turned out to be completely unhelpful – it was $400 less, but only because we ultimately decided not to go with the undermount sink and the extra granite work. When Mike actually came to our house to get a proper quote, he said it wasn’t necessary, which felt like a dismissive response. Trying to get more specifics from the phone lady was difficult; she became quite defensive. Their communication was incredibly poor – they only let us know things were ready at the last minute. And to top it off, they charged us the full original quote despite not even including the undermount sink! They even brushed it off as if we were lucky they didn’t charge more. They didn't even bother to protect our drawers during the grinding process, leaving a huge amount of granite dust everywhere. We really regret choosing them and would absolutely not recommend this company.”

“I couldn’t be happier with the work they did on my bathrooms. They were fantastic – really professional, completed the job quickly, and the results are absolutely stunning. I wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone considering a bathroom remodel.”
-
“Seriously, the pricing was completely out of line. They initially tried to charge me $5,000 for a space that was less than 200 square feet, and then even attempted to bill me $1,100 for just under 50 square feet – that’s outrageous! No thanks, but I appreciate the effort.”

It was really straightforward and easy to use.

This project was fantastic – truly a standout!
