  I couldn’t be happier with the work Carter Brothers Construction did on my new home in Cheyenne. Mitch and Mike were fantastic – truly a 100% satisfaction experience! They and their subcontractors are clearly experts in custom home construction, and I was particularly impressed with their communication throughout the entire process. Living out of state, I appreciated their consistent and outstanding updates, and they went above and beyond to accommodate my unique requests while offering thoughtful advice when needed.   “I’ve worked with Carter Brothers for over 20 years and can honestly say they’re fantastic. We’ve used them on a couple of projects – a pole barn and a complete remodel of our kitchen and master bath – and I wish we’d hired them to build the entire house from the start.   Honestly, it seems like a lot of the glowing reviews for Carter Bros. are likely from family or employees – they just don’t seem to reflect the actual quality of work. The owners and subcontractors were shockingly incompetent, and there was absolutely no supervision during the building process. Based on this experience, I would strongly advise against hiring them. report abuse
