  “I’m incredibly disappointed with my experience with this builder. My home is only two years old, and I’m already dealing with a serious water leak – I’ve had to install three buckets in my attic to catch the water. It’s clear there’s a major lack of quality control, and the materials and contractors seem to be prioritizing speed and cost over doing the job properly. The painters were particularly careless, leaving paint splatters everywhere, including my garage door. It feels like they just wanted to finish quickly and get paid, leaving customers like me feeling completely ripped off.” report abuse

  “We recently purchased a Guardian built-home in Thomas Heights, and while we really appreciate the quality of the materials used, we had some significant concerns with the floor plan itself. The biggest issue was the incredibly cramped space at the bottom of the stair landing – it simply wasn’t adequate for a queen-size bed, let alone any other furniture. The window wells didn’t help either. Because I completely renovated the basement myself, I know firsthand that builders often prioritize meeting minimum code requirements, which leaves very little room for future expansion or comfortable living. Honestly, I wouldn’t recommend buying a Guardian home in Cheyenne, Wyoming. The experience taught us a valuable lesson: it’s crucial to ensure a queen-size bed – and other furniture – can actually fit through the basement door before committing to a home like this.” report abuse

  “We were really frustrated with the inspection process. We were told it would be completed within 30 days, but it took nearly a month for Joe, our representative, to actually come out and do it. We then had to schedule repairs, and Joe himself took the day off, despite the strict Monday-Friday, 8-5 timeframe we’d agreed upon. The one contractor who did show up is still waiting to hear back from Joe or the other contractors. From the start, we felt like decisions were being made without us being informed, and it felt like customer service wasn’t prioritizing our time and inconvenience.” report abuse
