  I was really disappointed with my experience. I’d been waiting a full month for an appointment with Big Bird, and then they cancelled it at the last minute. While I appreciate that things come up, it was frustrating that they didn’t have any idea when another slot might be available during the call. It seems like a simple system for managing calendars would have been helpful, and I’ll be looking for a provider who can offer more reliable communication. report abuse
