I’d been trying to create a garden in my yard for two years, and had a really frustrating time getting quotes and reliable help – several landscaping companies in Cheyenne would give me an estimate and then disappear. This year, ATR was a completely different experience. They gave me a straightforward, honest bid, and I paid a deposit, so excited to finally see my garden come to life. The crew was incredibly professional, and they really went above and beyond, providing everything I needed and more. They stuck to the plan perfectly, cleaned up the entire worksite, and even accommodated my specific design requests, including the concrete work on the raised beds – they did a fantastic job! Honestly, I can’t recommend ATR enough. I’m already thinking about what I want to do next year – maybe a flower bed or two! They not only fulfilled the original work order perfectly, but they also took the initiative to create a base for our dumpster and even regrade the land – something our original builder hadn’t gotten around to.   Honestly, our experience with this landscaping company was incredibly frustrating. They were perfectly pleasant and efficient when we first hired them, but the reliability quickly fell apart. We’d consistently get no response to our calls after a missed appointment, and then they’d just show up unexpectedly with no prior notice. To the point where we had to buy our own lawnmower and take care of the yard ourselves. It’s clear this is a recurring issue – many others have had similar experiences, and we’ve heard the same comments: “Yeah, we know who they are, and they always stand you up.” I wouldn’t recommend them at all. report abuse

  ATR provided the initial landscaping work for our home, but unfortunately, their service was quite disappointing. They responded to a problem with some trenches and, frustratingly, made the situation worse. Worse still, after that, they completely stopped returning our calls to address the issue. On top of that, they were repeatedly no-shows for our scheduled weed and feed treatments, appearing four times in a row without showing up. Based on this experience, we cannot recommend using ATR. report abuse

  Overall, ATR’s performance was mixed. The crew responsible for clearing the sidewalks did a fantastic job – truly deserving of 5 stars! However, the crews handling the parking lots were a major disappointment. Instead of moving the snow away from the businesses, they were repeatedly piling it up right next to the storefronts. This isn't just inconsiderate to the businesses and their customers; when the piles melt, they create dangerous patches of ice, forcing people to choose between a risky trip across the ice or a long detour. It felt incredibly thoughtless, and frankly, quite frustrating. report abuse

  “I really appreciated how friendly and approachable the team was during the initial conversations. However, the communication was absolutely terrible. It was incredibly frustrating to be invited into my yard without any prior notice, and the lack of communication overall made me feel completely disregarded.
