  “Overall, I was really disappointed with the service we received. While the landscaping installation itself was completed, there were some significant issues. They didn’t seem to communicate at all during the process – no check-ins or discussions about the changes to the rock selection, and frankly, they completely missed the opportunity to address my concerns about the sprinkler line installation. When I tried to get in touch to discuss these problems, I received no response or, worse, a frustrating reaction. It felt like they weren’t interested in resolving anything.” report abuse
