    “Overall, our experience with Accent Plumbing was incredibly frustrating and, frankly, unacceptable. We hired them to run a new gas line into our kitchen, along with a new sink, disposal, and faucet. The plumbers themselves were professional and courteous, and we appreciated their willingness to let us use our own products. However, things quickly went wrong. Initially, we ran into a problem with the new sink we purchased, which simply wouldn’t fit in the old hole. After a frustrating detour to get a replacement, it presented the same issue. Then, without any communication, they just moved on to the gas line work. Things escalated significantly after the gas line was completed. We discovered the dishwasher wasn’t draining properly due to a forgotten plug on the disposal, and after multiple attempts to fix it, they abruptly left for an extended period. When they returned, the remaining work was finally finished, but then we noticed a gaping hole in the sheetrock hadn’t been patched – and the gas pipe itself was loose and moving around in its installation. To add to the issues, while working in our basement, they left a window open during a severe weather event, and they never bothered to close it. Finally, the installation caused our hot water heaters to go out, and they didn’t even bother to relight them! The final bill was shockingly inflated, and when we questioned the charges—including for time spent while we were out buying a new sink and their “lunch break”—we received no response from the manager. After multiple calls and weeks of radio silence, it became clear that Accent Plumbing wasn't interested in resolving the issue. Honestly, it was a complete waste of time and money. We strongly advise against using their services – there are far better plumbing companies in Cheyenne.” report abuse

    Dwayne did a great job replacing the sump pump, though it was a bit tricky getting to the galvanized part in the tub – it was a real challenge. Despite that, he worked through it without any complaints, and we’d definitely use them again. report abuse

    “I was really disappointed with this service. They charged me $90 to simply visit my tenant’s house and spend ten minutes diagnosing a problem, and then immediately tried to push a brand new water heater even though the existing one was only four years old.
