  We were absolutely thrilled with the entire experience working with CRI. From the initial visit with our Sales Representative through to the final completion of our roof and siding projects, the teams were incredibly professional and demonstrated a truly high level of craftsmanship. We were particularly impressed with Billy Russell’s insight – his recommendation to add a “cricket” to the chimney was brilliant and something our previous homeowner hadn't done, which will really help direct the rainwater away from the brickwork. The installation crew was incredibly efficient; they used a crane to get everything up on the roof, and the work was completed quickly and professionally.   “I’m incredibly disappointed with my experience working with Columbia Roofing. From the very beginning, communication was shockingly poor and they completely failed to manage my expectations. I spent a significant amount of time documenting my concerns and sent everything to the owner, but I haven’t received any meaningful updates or responses – not even a simple check-in. As a result of their inaction, the damage to my roof worsened, ultimately leading to a leak in my ceiling. After countless emails and phone calls that went unanswered, someone finally addressed the issue, admitting they could have easily prevented it with better teamwork. Now, I’m still waiting for the promised before-and-after photos, and frankly, I’m appalled by their lack of professionalism and follow-through. It’s clear they haven’t truly understood the problem, and their responses have often been misleading or dishonest. I strongly advise against working with Columbia Roofing – it’s a risky experience.” report abuse
