  Overall, I couldn’t be happier with the roof NuLook installed on my townhouse. I’d been researching for years and finally heard about them on 95.1 Shine Fm, and I’m so glad we decided to go with them. From the very first call, everyone was incredibly welcoming and took the time to explain everything clearly – William Dix, the initial estimator, was especially helpful, walking me through all the different roofing options and reassuring me about their commitment to quality. We chose the 50-year warranty roof, and it was a fantastic deal considering the materials. The build itself took about a month, and the crew was fantastic – really friendly and kept me informed about their progress each day. They even covered my lawn and furniture before they started, and the cleanup afterward left my outdoor space looking better than ever. I noticed they were very attentive to detail, and I never saw any stray nails. It’s easy to read some negative reviews focusing on minor issues, but I found NuLook to be incredibly careful and professional. Our storm glass door unfortunately shattered during the recent heatwave and bad weather, and they were incredibly responsive, getting it replaced so quickly. Matt was fantastic – he kept us updated, was really friendly and professional while we waited, and you could tell he genuinely cared about the job.   Overall, we’re really pleased with our experience with Nu Look Home Design – we wholeheartedly recommend them for your roofing needs. While their initial estimate wasn’t the lowest, it was absolutely worth it. The biggest thing we appreciated was the genuine and informative sales visit; it felt like a real consultation and didn't feel overly pushy. We also really valued the second visit where they discussed both the roof and solar options with Stan and Preston. On the day of the installation, everything went incredibly smoothly – they were professional, efficient, and responsive to any questions we had. Plus, they left the area spotless after everything was done, and followed up with us afterwards. Honestly, the price was a bit higher than some other quotes, but we felt it was justified by the quality of the materials, the professional installation, and the warranty they provided. It just gave us a real sense of confidence in their work. We’re continuing our project with Nu Look, so we’ll be posting another review once we’ve completed the solar installation!   We’re absolutely thrilled with the recent roof replacement Nu Look Home Design did for us! From start to finish, the experience was fantastic. Preston Smith, our salesperson, was incredibly helpful and patient. He really took the time to understand our needs – our concerns about the leaks, our budget, and our plans for the future – and recommended the perfect roofing materials. Then Kevin Albanez stepped in as our project manager, and he was amazing. He did a thorough initial survey, kept us updated throughout the whole process, and even called us after the job was complete to make sure we were completely satisfied. The installation crew was also incredibly courteous and professional; they arrived on time, kept the work area clean, and went above and beyond to minimize disruption to our home. They left our yard spotless, actually cleaner than when they started! Kevin personally invited us to inspect the finished job, and he made sure we were 100% happy before the crew left. Honestly, Nu Look Home Design wasn't the cheapest option, but after a really disappointing experience with other companies, we knew we’d made the right choice.   I was absolutely blown away by the service I received from Nu Look. From the initial phone call on January 10th, to the final roof replacement just yesterday, January 16th, it was truly exceptional. Amin, my representative, was fantastic – he actually came to my house the same day to provide a quote and took the time to carefully examine my attic and explain all the great products they offered. I was so impressed with his professionalism and attention to detail that I decided to move forward with the job. And the best part? They completed the roof replacement in less than a week! The whole team was incredibly helpful and responsive, always available to answer my questions and make sure everything went smoothly.   Overall, I couldn’t be happier with my new Provia windows from Nu Look Home Design. I’ve actually used them in two homes now, and they’ve consistently done a fantastic job. From start to finish, the team was incredibly professional – the sales people were helpful, the installation crew was punctual, efficient, and really took care to clean up after themselves, and they followed up afterward to make sure everything was perfect. I was particularly impressed with the quality of the workmanship and the attention to detail. While Nu Look isn’t the cheapest option, you definitely get what you pay for.
