I bought my house in 2008 and these floors have always been beautiful, but this update has completely revitalized the living room. It’s fantastic – truly a new space. They not only did a great job with the flooring, moving all the furniture and completely transforming the space from baby blue carpet to beautiful grey vinyl plank, but it really did make the house feel much bigger and brighter.   “Overall, I was really pleased with my experience with Emilio Flooring. The team was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and provided fantastic service – honestly, the best I’ve encountered from a contractor. However, there were a couple of hiccups. The estimator had a few instances of not showing up as scheduled for the flooring samples, and communication was difficult because the on-site installer only spoke Spanish. I’m not sure if the project manager assumed I understood Spanish because of my last name, which made things a bit confusing. Also, the installer mentioned he couldn’t fix a transition detail, and I suspected it was related to the angle, though I’m not entirely clear on the reasoning given the language barrier. Despite those issues, I’d absolutely recommend Emilio Flooring and would definitely use their services again.” report abuse
