They completely transformed the space where our old hearth and floor grate used to be, seamlessly blending in new wood that you wouldn’t even know was added. The staining and installation were perfect – it’s honestly amazing how well it all turned out. The team was incredibly professional and respectful of our home, and we appreciated them being able to work quickly, finishing the entire house in just two days. We’re now hoping to find more Harwoods under our kitchen tile, and if we do, we’ll definitely be calling Jesse and his team – we can’t recommend them highly enough!   “We absolutely love our new floors – it’s been over a year now and they’ve made such a huge difference! They’re incredibly easy to clean, and we get so many compliments. We’ve added a lot of rugs to keep them looking great, as Jesse Koo advised. We’re even in the process of getting them to do our mother-in-law’s suite! Honestly, all the stress of the renovation was totally worth it. The team was fantastic; they listened to everything we wanted and took care of our home like it was their own. It was great to be able to trust the experts and let them do their job.   “We were completely overwhelmed after our big house remodel, and our floors were a disaster – the finish was awful, there were massive cracks, and boards were coming loose. We got quotes from a few flooring companies, and they all told us the same thing: we’d have to remove and replace the entire floor. Thankfully, we found Texas Hardwood Flooring. Jesse was fantastic – so professional, courteous, and really knowledgeable. He immediately put us at ease, assuring us they’d get it done right, and he absolutely delivered.   “I can’t recommend this company. Our experience was incredibly frustrating and frankly, a disaster. They initially did some work, but it was riddled with problems – issues with the flooring, stairs, and trim needed constant callbacks for fixes. Worse, they damaged our freezer and range during the demolition, and then managed to break our dishwasher, which they tried to hide by not even leveling it properly. This resulted in a significant leak that went unnoticed for months, leading to a massive mold issue that ultimately cost us over $2,000 to fix. The owner, Jesse, completely avoided taking responsibility, claiming we couldn’t prove anything, just like he did with the other damage. It’s clear they’re not accountable for their mistakes. We’re currently pursuing subrogation with our insurance and considering legal action due to the health problems our family has suffered over the last six months. Please, save yourself the trouble and avoid this company.” report abuse

  I was really disappointed with this company. I chose them based on the overwhelmingly positive reviews I saw on Google, but unfortunately, the experience during the installation was far from stellar. We were constantly running late and the work itself was just average – nothing exceptional. What really concerned me was discovering how the owner, Jesse, seems to be manipulating the reviews. He offered me a discount in exchange for a 5-star rating, and I have screenshots showing him requesting this directly. It feels incredibly unethical, and I’ve heard similar stories from other customers. I’d like to see the owner address these concerns directly and explain how he manages his reviews – particularly the accusation of incentivizing positive feedback, even when customers haven’t been fully satisfied. report abuse

  We were absolutely thrilled with the finished floors – a truly remarkable transformation! This house is over 100 years old, and the original floors presented a significant challenge due to their age and some existing damage. Despite this, the results are stunning. We especially appreciated Jesse’s professionalism and responsiveness throughout the entire project, always taking the time to answer our questions. And to top it off, the clean-up was fantastic – we were really impressed that there wasn’t a huge amount of dust left behind. Honestly, you’d hardly know they’d been refinished, except for how beautiful the floors look! A special thanks to Gerardo for his amazing work with the custom staining in the kitchen. report abuse
