Honestly, we made a really expensive mistake learning the hard way – so many flooring companies don’t have the proper qualifications or certifications. David was a lifesaver. We had a terrible job done by another company, and he stepped in to completely assess the situation. It was clear from the start that he’s truly passionate about his work; he explained everything so clearly, and it was like talking to a knowledgeable friend. He really knows his stuff – he pointed out all the mistakes that were made and explained exactly how a job should be done correctly. Beyond just the inspection, he was so helpful with advice and really took the time to explain everything. It’s so important to ask detailed questions when getting quotes, but after our experience, we now know to look for a certified and licensed expert.
