He seemed a little rushed and didn’t really take the time to listen to our concerns or explain the findings in a way that was helpful for us.   “Nick Manesh misrepresented himself as a qualified project manager for the condominium rebuilding after Harvey, and ultimately charged us $120,000 for work that only involved the foundation. He misled the board, insisting on a $400,000 foundation budget – a figure the homeowners quickly recognized as a scam. Despite our concerns and repeated attempts to contact him about the lack of oversight and signed approvals, he continued to receive and cash the project funds while claiming his wife was ill. It’s deeply concerning that he presented himself as simply offering a favor while profiting significantly from our community’s devastation. We’re pursuing legal action, and will share the results as they become available.” report abuse
