“I’ve consistently worked with Nick and I’ve been incredibly impressed. For me, it’s absolutely crucial to have a realtor with deep market knowledge, and Nick delivers that in spades. He’s a seasoned professional with a fantastic reputation, and I’ve seen firsthand how effective he is – he’s genuinely one of the best in the business.”
-
“Overall, we weren’t very satisfied with Nick’s foundation inspection. He seemed a little rushed and didn’t really take the time to listen to our concerns or explain the findings in a way that was helpful for us. It felt like he just went through the motions and left quickly. We wouldn’t recommend him if you’re looking for a thorough inspection and someone who can walk you through the process.”
-
“Nick Manesh misrepresented himself as a qualified project manager for the condominium rebuilding after Harvey, and ultimately charged us $120,000 for work that only involved the foundation. He misled the board, insisting on a $400,000 foundation budget – a figure the homeowners quickly recognized as a scam. Despite our concerns and repeated attempts to contact him about the lack of oversight and signed approvals, he continued to receive and cash the project funds while claiming his wife was ill. It’s deeply concerning that he presented himself as simply offering a favor while profiting significantly from our community’s devastation. We’re pursuing legal action, and will share the results as they become available.”
-
“I was really disappointed with this person. He initially told me he could offer $600, but then completely changed his mind and offered $2000. It’s clear he doesn’t honor his commitments, and I felt misled by his changing his mind.”
-
“I was really pleased with the inspection service they provided. They were punctual, the price was reasonable, and most importantly, they clearly knew their stuff. I’ve even recommended them to a couple of friends, and they’ve both been very happy with the service.”
