“I’ve consistently worked with Nick and I’m always impressed with his knowledge – that’s a huge priority for me and my clients when it comes to buying and selling property. He’s a really experienced realtor, and I’ve seen firsthand how effective he is; he’s truly one of the best in the field.”
-
“Overall, we weren’t really satisfied with Nick’s foundation inspection. He seemed a little rushed and didn’t take the time to really listen to our concerns or explain the findings in a way that made sense to us. It felt like he was just going through the motions, and we didn’t feel like we got a thorough assessment. If you’re looking for a detailed and informative foundation inspection, I’d suggest exploring other companies.”

“Nick Manesh misrepresented his qualifications as a project manager for the condominium rebuilding after Harvey, and ultimately took a $120,000 payment without actually overseeing any of the work beyond the foundation. He misled the board, convincing them that $400,000 worth of foundation work was needed. Residents quickly realized they were being defrauded, but it took an extended legal battle to remove him and the board. Mr. Manesh presented himself as an elderly volunteer simply doing a favor, while simultaneously maximizing his profits. We’re awaiting the results of our litigation, but frankly, it’s deeply concerning that he accepted funds while never fulfilling his contractual obligations, especially given the devastating impact on our community’s homes.”
-
“I was really disappointed with this person. He initially offered me $600, but then completely changed his mind and offered $2000. It’s clear he doesn’t honor his commitments, and I felt misled by his shifting promises.”
-
“I was really pleased with the service I received. The inspector was punctual, the price was reasonable, and they clearly knew their stuff. I even recommended them to some friends who were also very happy with the results.”
