  “I was so relieved when Alliance responded so quickly to our urgent need to remove an ice dam from our roof. We had a serious drip forming, and they contacted us immediately. I really appreciated that they sent someone out to assess the situation and explained they were licensed, bonded, and insured – that gave me a lot of confidence.   “I was really impressed with Alliance Masonry – they did an absolutely fantastic job on both the chimney rebuild and the new sidewalk. The sidewalk, in particular, was exceptional. It’s beautifully curved with a little flair at the end, and the slight slope ensures proper drainage. The mason was a true craftsman, and I’ve even gotten several compliments on it!   Overall, the team was really open to finding solutions, which I appreciated. The design itself looks good, but I’ve encountered a significant issue with water management – puddles forming on my driveway and water overflowing into my garage, running right up the walls. I’ll need to address that myself, unfortunately. The on-site crew manager was fantastic to work with, however, communication from dispatch was a bit lacking. report abuse
