One never responded, another wanted to charge me for just an estimate, and then one gave me a quote that was four times higher than what I actually ended up paying! They completely replaced the flue liner with insulated stainless steel, which was brilliant, and took the extra step of adding more insulation around it. The team was incredibly efficient and professional, starting the work right on time and staying focused until everything was finished. They kept us updated throughout the process, and they were so careful to prevent any mess from spreading – using drop cloths and plastic sheeting to protect our house.
