“I’ve had a really positive experience working with Craig Taylor Equipment. Specifically, Mike, my sales representative, has been fantastic – incredibly helpful and always goes above and beyond. I really appreciate their team’s dedication to customer service.”
-
“I’m really concerned about the recent decline in service at Craig Taylor. It seems like they’re struggling to maintain the same level of expertise since the older, experienced technicians have left, particularly after the Peterbilt merger. The workload appears to be overwhelming them, and the quality of repairs isn’t what it used to be.”
-
“Overall, I’ve been really pleased with this place. They have the parts I need for my JD tractor, and the service is excellent. Plus, the parts arrive on time when I order them, and the staff are always incredibly helpful.”

Dave was a really great sales rep – he was both professional and friendly when we picked up our Grappler for the J.D. tractor. He was a very knowledgeable and pleasant gentleman to deal with.

“The staff were fantastic – they really went above and beyond to ensure I was taken care of.”

“I was really pleased with my experience purchasing a new Honda snowblower from Craig Taylor Equipment. Dave, my salesperson, was fantastic – incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and he really took the time to understand what I needed. The whole process was so smooth and easy, and I ended up getting the machine much faster than I was initially told. He actually had it in stock and ready to go in less than a week! I’m really hopeful that their service continues to be this responsive, as I’m eager to see how they handle things after the sale.”

“We’ve had a really frustrating experience with this company. They returned our skid steer without any hydraulic oil, and the mechanic himself admitted he hadn’t checked or topped it off during the repair. Despite bringing it back, they’ve held onto it since July and now are claiming it’s not their responsibility. It’s been a complete waste of time and a lot of running around, and frankly, we’re incredibly disappointed with their lack of accountability and the quality of work they’ve demonstrated.”
-
“I recently purchased a JD X380 with a 54-inch deck from this company, and while I had a few initial issues, I really appreciated the service I received. Laurie, the manager, went above and beyond to get everything resolved properly – it’s clear they value good service, and that’s really important to me.”
-
Overall, my experience here has been disappointing. It seems like things have really declined recently. Specifically, the parts department is almost entirely relying on special orders, which is a significant issue. And unfortunately, the sales team doesn’t seem to prioritize customer needs or provide the kind of responsive service I’ve come to expect. I’d really recommend the owners take a closer look at the operations – ideally, they should be aiming for faster parts delivery, like many of the other equipment dealers I work with, who can get parts to me next day or within a couple of days without any extra cost.
-
“It’s clear things have changed here. The staff seem a little overwhelmed, and the person I spoke with didn’t quite have a strong grasp of the parts. Honestly, it’s much easier to just order online – they actually ship parts for both John Deere and Stihl, which is a big plus.”
