  Overall, Altrol did a good job getting the job done quickly, and the replacement part was handled correctly. However, I was extremely disappointed with the final bill – they initially quoted $450 plus labor for a daytime or weekend service, then added an extra $900 for less than an hour of work. That felt completely unreasonable, and I won't be using their services again. report abuse

  Jeff and Andrew did a really great job – they were both professional and quickly diagnosed the issue, starting the repair right away. The only downside was the cost of the parts; shipping was incredibly expensive. report abuse

They got the job done quickly and efficiently, and the technicians were very friendly and even took my dog into consideration – which was a huge plus!
