  I just wanted to express how incredibly grateful I am to RES for their outstanding service. The installation of my 52 solar panels was fantastic, and I especially want to thank Kay and Aaron for their help – they were both so knowledgeable and supportive. Plus, their assistance in securing the federal grant that covered half of the project was a huge benefit.   “I can’t say enough good things about RES! We were having some serious battery problems, and Eddie went above and beyond to help us. He worked late, on weekends, and even during his vacation to get our system working correctly. It took a lot of patience and tweaking, but he finally got it fixed, and now our system is working perfectly.   “We absolutely loved working with Renewable Energy Systems in Fairbanks! From start to finish, the team was incredibly professional and helpful. Jarrod was fantastic at guiding us through the design and planning process, and Kolby and the installation crew did a truly excellent job with the installation of our 16-panel solar system and battery backup for our furnace. We were especially impressed with Devin, the electrician, who went above and beyond, even addressing some lingering issues after the inspection. Not only was the quality of the work outstanding, but they completed the project ahead of schedule and within budget – we’re so thrilled with our new solar panels and the entire experience!” report abuse

  “We were really pleased with the work RES did – especially the initial installation in September 2023. They tackled some challenging building conditions with a fantastic, professional team, and got the whole structure and panel assembly done quickly. The electricians were particularly skilled with the connection to the main panel. We’re thrilled with the results and looking forward to using our power! They’ve been incredibly helpful as I’ve expanded the system since then.   Honestly, I’m really disappointed with my experience. It seems like a lot of the positive reviews might be from people who didn’t do their research. The salespeople were incredibly pushy and unreliable – they wouldn't follow up or answer our questions unless we were clearly prepared to spend a significant amount. We felt completely dismissed and like they were only interested in taking our money. The pricing was also completely unreasonable, and it felt like they were taking advantage of people who weren’t asking any questions. I strongly advise anyone considering this company to do thorough research before visiting. report abuse
