  Overall, we’ve been really pleased with RES. They’ve done a fantastic job installing our initial battery backup system, and we’re excited to have them installing our solar system next spring. What’s been particularly great is how clearly they explained everything – they really took the time to make sure we understood the systems. Plus, they’ve been incredibly responsive and helpful whenever we’ve had any questions or issues.   I just wanted to express how incredibly grateful I am to RES for their outstanding service. My recent electric bill reflects the fantastic investment I’ve made thanks to them – it’s a really positive result! I especially want to thank Kay and Aaron for their amazing help with installing my 52 solar panels and securing the federal grant that’s covered half the cost.   I have to say, we were incredibly impressed with the service we received from RES. When we ran into some tricky battery issues, Eddie went above and beyond to help us. He worked tirelessly – even after hours, on weekends, and during his vacation – to adjust our system settings and troubleshoot the problems. It took a lot of patience and effort, but ultimately they completely resolved the issue, and our system is now working perfectly.   We were absolutely thrilled with our experience working with Renewable Energy Systems in Fairbanks! From start to finish, the team was incredibly professional and efficient. Jarrod was fantastic, guiding us through the design and planning process, and Kolby and the installation crew did a truly excellent job installing our 16-panel solar system with the battery backup for our furnace. We were particularly impressed with Devin, the electrician, who not only completed the installation perfectly but also proactively addressed a couple of lingering issues from the initial inspection. To top it all off, the project was completed ahead of schedule and within budget – we couldn’t be happier with the results and the whole RES team. Thank you so much! report abuse

  “I was incredibly pleased with the work RES did – particularly the initial installation back in September. They tackled some really challenging building conditions with top-notch skill and professionalism. The crew was fantastic, and they got the whole structure and panel assembly done quickly and efficiently. I was also really impressed with the electrician’s work connecting the array to the main panel. More recently, in April, Bill handled the installation of my backup system and he also took care of the wiring for my solar array. They’ve also been fantastic in helping me expand the system as my needs grew.   Honestly, I was really disappointed with my experience. It’s hard to understand how this company has so many glowing reviews – it seems like a lot of people aren’t doing their research. The salespeople were pushy and didn’t seem to care about actually understanding our needs. We felt completely ignored when we tried to ask questions about the products and pricing, which was frankly ridiculous. It was obvious they were only interested in customers who were willing to spend a lot of money without any scrutiny. I strongly advise anyone considering this company to do extensive research beforehand – it feels like a complete rip-off. report abuse
