They even addressed one of our questions while they were working.   I couldn’t be happier with the work American Waterworks did on my basement. They completely resolved the issue with my sagging floor by installing a support beam and a fantastic drainage system with a trench – it gives me real peace of mind. Cameron and his crew, Dylan and Zach, were absolutely outstanding! They were incredibly polite, hardworking, and you could tell they genuinely cared about doing a great job. My living room is now perfectly level and looks brand new, and I’m really looking forward to never having to worry about a wet basement again. I highly recommend American Waterworks! report abuse

  Overall, it was a really positive experience working with them. They were consistently professional and polite, and I felt the pricing was fair – definitely worth the investment. We did run into a couple of hiccups during the installation process, but they quickly addressed them after a few phone calls, so I’m happy with the resolution.   “I’m really disappointed with this project. It felt like a complete waste of both time and money. We relied on their promises, and unfortunately, they didn’t deliver. It’s crucial to get everything in writing and meticulously document all communication. We experienced a significant issue with our new addition floor – creaking and sinking – and despite the installation of piers, the problem continued. It’s clear they weren’t truly committed to resolving it, and we never received the promised $100 check for cleaning services either.” report abuse

  “I initially left a negative review because the egress window installation was left unfinished, and frankly, it was a difficult start. While they correctly explained they weren’t responsible for the final finishing touches, the state it was left in was unprofessional and would have required me to hire someone else to complete the job. However, I was incredibly impressed with how they handled my complaint. They promptly assessed the situation, took the time to review it, and ultimately took responsibility by sending someone out to complete the necessary work – framing it up – so I could finally finish my basement. I wholeheartedly recommend them; they went above and beyond to ensure I could get the job done, and I’m so grateful for their help!” report abuse
