  “I cannot stress enough – avoid this company. We built our home five years ago and, unbelievably, we’ve already had to replace the roof due to leaks and now the HVAC system needs replacing.   “We recently moved into our new Rausch Coleman home in Siloam Springs, and while we’re really enjoying the neighborhood, we’ve unfortunately encountered a significant issue. Within the first week, we discovered a leak in the shower off the primary bedroom, and despite several weeks of working with Rausch Coleman to get plumbers out to assess and fix it, the problem hasn’t been fully resolved.” report abuse

The products felt incredibly poorly made and, frankly, I had the impression they were designed to fail quickly so the company wouldn’t have to take responsibility.   “I was really excited to start the process of buying a home with RCH. Benji, our sales representative, was fantastic and very helpful.
