“Overall, I had a really good experience buying with Rausch and Coleman – now Lennar – twice. The first time went incredibly smoothly, and that’s definitely a big reason why I decided to work with them again.”
-
“We’re really happy with the buying process – Elizabeth, our sales agent, was fantastic and made everything run so smoothly. It was a truly seamless experience. However, we’ve since discovered some issues related to the construction and we’re now working to address those.”

I’m incredibly disappointed with this company. We built our home five years ago and have already had to replace the roof due to a leak – it ended up in our kitchen! Now, just a short time later, we’re facing another major issue: we need a completely new HVAC system. Honestly, I would give them a zero rating if I could. And to make matters worse, Statefarm has assessed this as “poor.” I strongly advise against building or purchasing anything from them.

“We recently moved into our beautiful new Rausch Coleman home in Siloam Springs, and while we’re really enjoying the neighborhood, we’ve unfortunately had a few initial issues. Within the first week, we discovered a leak in the shower off the primary bedroom, and it’s been a frustrating process getting RC to address it. We’ve spent weeks coordinating inspections and repair attempts…”
-
“I’m really frustrated – it’s the fourth time this toilet has leaked, and honestly, it feels like Rausch Coleman isn’t taking my concerns seriously. They can’t even seem to pinpoint the problem, which is incredibly frustrating.”
-
“I’m writing to share a couple of thoughts about my recent experience buying a home with you in Crystal Springs, Fayetteville, Arkansas. I’ve got a few things I’d like to discuss.”

Honestly, I wouldn’t recommend RCH. The products seem to fall apart surprisingly quickly, and after they’re out of warranty, they don’t seem to care about providing any support or fixing the issues. I had a really frustrating experience with one particular product – the window installation felt incredibly poorly done, like it was built to fail.
-
“My experience with Rausch Coleman was really disappointing, unfortunately. From the very beginning, I struggled to get in touch with my sales representative, and it felt like they weren’t interested in working with me or communicating effectively. It was a frustrating process overall.”
-
“I’ve been dealing with warranty issues since April, and unfortunately, I haven’t been able to get them resolved. As a last resort, I’m considering taking legal action.”
-
“I was really looking forward to working with RCH, and Benji was a fantastic sales rep. However, I was ultimately disappointed with the process – it felt like a lot of time was wasted because the contract offered was a standard ‘take it or leave it’ deal, regardless of the pricing.”
